Help Ink & Ribbon Press Into the New Year
Supporting Our Launch in 2026.
The giving has passed.
The year is almost finished.
What remains is intention.
We find ourselves standing between what was made this year and what might still be possible.
Ink & Ribbon Press was founded in that same spirit of pause and intention.
This year, what began as a long-held idea became something real: a nonprofit poetry press devoted to craft, discovery, and the permanence of the printed word. We formed Ink & Ribbon Press as a 501(c)(3) public charity, committed to publishing poetry slowly, carefully, and beautifully—books meant to last, not disappear.
We did this deliberately.
Small by design.
Rooted in stewardship rather than scale.
As we close our founding year, we are inviting those who feel aligned with this vision to help sustain it—especially those who may wish to become Founding Patrons of the press.
To offer a sense of scale: if each of our subscribers contributed just $10, we would meet our entire giving goal! Small acts, gathered together, are often enough to carry meaningful work forward.
Your tax-deductible donation helps make possible::
The publication of finely crafted poetry books
Open reading periods accessible to poets at all stages
Fair editorial and production practices including nonprofit operational costs
The long-term stewardship of poetry as a physical art form
Founding Patrons play a special role. Their generosity helps establish the foundation upon which everything else rests, our first books, our first prizes, and the continuity of the press itself.
If you’re looking for a meaningful way to close the year, or to carry its spirit forward, we would be deeply grateful for your support.
