It is already a great honor to have gotten in on the ground floor of this unique endeavor. Will anything I submitted be a fit for the collection? We’ll see. Since my fourth completed project is already promised to Basilian Media, I have not even got a handle on a new full length book of the kind you’re looking for, but if God permits, it would be an interesting challenge to try to do something so well put together. I am happy about your success so far, and wish you all the best! I am carefully and thoroughly going through Brooks Lampe’s fine collection, which is showing itself well worth such attention! God bless all involved!
I’m curious whether you allow illustrations in your publishing for full collections? And whether bookstores who order from you through Ingram can do returns? Or whether the author could partner with you to bear the cost of returns?
Thank you for spending your valuable time with our words!
Hi Julie, our press is fairly unique. No illustrations, we are particular about the craft of bookbinding and design, so have a house style that elevates our brand. Illustrations, artwork, and photography is highly subjective. We don’t use Ingram, that’s not our model, we work with a select few independent bookstores to stock our books directly and also our website to sell. We do however have our authors purchase books they can resell at events or locally. Hope that helps

Exciting stuff, GK!
Thanks Sam, overwhelmed by the response and now only have 3,500 poems to read. Brew the coffee…
I got a small taste of that recently as a guest judge on The October Project poetry prize, though not 3,500!
